Multi-Level Classes
In a Multi-Level or Mixed-Level class the teacher will usually adapt the class and poses to who is in the class. A beginner may be practicing alongside an Intermediate student, but the teacher will offer alternative poses or variations of a pose that accommodates the diversity of practitioners in the room.
