Trish has been teaching yoga since 1998. Experienced in teaching multi-level classes both on the mat and in the pool, her classes are a fusion of the many teacher trainings she has completed. Classes incorporate alignment, breath, relaxation and yoga philosophy together with a healthy dose of humour.

Bec teaches Vinyasa & Prenatal Yoga in group and private settings, specifically designing each practice to the needs of her clients, including physical rehabilitation and mental wellbeing. Her focus is on empowering you to safely explore your mind, body and soul, through your practice.

Maryem's Mayouti Yoga classes let the flow and breath lead the way. Hello, I have studied multiple styles of yoga since 2005 and have certifications in Vinyasa Flow, Anusara and Yogamaze Yoga. As a teacher, I continue my regular study of yoga to constantly enhance my teaching for the betterment of my students to create a fun and feel good experience.

Jacqueline, is a certified Integral ® Hatha Yoga and Chair Yoga instructor who strongly believes in the physical and mental benefits of yoga. Known for her compassionate, non-judgmental teaching style, her dream is to help others enrich their lives by making yoga accessible and enjoyable for people of all abilities and ages.
Ana has more than 10,000 hours of professional training in yoga, pilates, bodywork and holistic health studies, with over twenty years experience teaching and working in the holistic health field. Ana teaches vinyasa flow, incorporating principles of proper body alignment, breathwork, relaxation and meditation. Private, semi-private, and group classes available.
Katina approaches her personal practice and teaching with humble curiosity and thoughtful consideration. "Through yoga I have found a sense of home in my own body". Influenced by a variety of modern vinyasa forms, her classes emphasize alignment, strength and breath and make space for all to feel safe and empowered.

Elaine has practiced Yoga since 1993, her certified trainings include Beginner, Intermediate, Advanced Hatha and Raja Yoga. Interested in emerging styles she has completed Donna Farhi’s Advanced Training and Vinyasa modules with Shiva Rea. She easefully blends tradition with innovation to leave students both relaxed and fully vibrant. She welcomes all ages and levels of experience.
