How to Find a Class / Teacher

Bermuda has a rich diversity of teachers inspired to share their knowledge of Yoga practices. Each brings a different personality and perspective to their practice.

​There are also many different styles of yoga each with their own benefits.
Search by category to find a class style that suits your needs. Each category has a list of local teachers who offer classes in that style.
Search through our directory of certified yoga teachers. Click on the link for each teacher to read their full bios, list of certifications, links to their websites or social media and contact information.
If you have a specific requirement you may choose to have a private session with a yoga instructor. Click the link to see a list of teachers available for private one-on-one or group sessions.
Many businesses are offering their employees yoga in the workplace. If you are interested in hiring an instructor click the link to find a list of available instructors.

Online classes may also be available - check with the instructor to see if this is a service they offer.
