ABOUT
I share tools inspired by nature, personal exploration, and various styles of yoga, embodiment and mindfulness practices to create organic and personalized practices that can be incorporated into daily life and enhance wellbeing.
Many of the tools I share come from training in:
YogaSOMATICs exploring natural movement, breathwork, sounding, restorative stillness and mindfulness practices to unwind, reset the nervous system, create feelings of safety and relaxation and awaken inner resources.
YOGA FOR PELVIC HEALTH breath, movement & anatomy for pelvic rehabilitation and birth preparation.
WOMB SCIENCES bridging science and spirituality by exploring female anatomy, traditional practices, listening to the sensations and signals of the body and connecting to Spirit, Earth and cycles of nature.
DYNAMIC NEUROMUSCULAR STABILIZATION using the original breath mechanics and movements we learned naturally as babies during development to stabilise and move from an integrated core.
ANATOMY TRAINS IN MOTION intentional flowing movements that bring awareness, balance and resiliency to the myofacial meridians to create structural integrity and improve functionality.
I am also passionate about creating safe community and individual space for people to unravel the effects of living in systems of oppression and transmute old programmes and limiting beliefs into self love and compassion, wholeness, resiliency and creativity.
