ABOUT
Tracey fell into yoga by accident. Well, that’s what she thought but when someone offered yoga practice with a view of the ocean she could not resist. God knew what she needed to start her journey of healing and self-discovery.
It wasn’t until 2012 that she earned her 200 YTT certification because she realised that all women needed to feel as good as she did after a class.
In July 2019 Tracey completed an Accessible Yoga certification in Denver, Colorado. She welcomes those who are often neglected in the yogic space to join practice. She teaches with care and respect; practitioners feel safe and comfortable in bodies they have forgotten to love.
Alongside her yoga practice, Tracey has delved into soul work through her teacher and friend, Collette Corcoran. She has learned to recognise her shadow self and heal past trauma. This work is never-ending and she is grateful for having met her soul family, by chance. Its is through Collette, that Tracey has learned to assist others in removing stuck emotions from the body.
Her recent experience she has had with yoga clients has lead to incorporating eastern and western healing modalities in to yoga practice. Tracey leads clients to heal themselves, by giving them the tools to do so. As such, She successfully completed an Ayurveda Wellness Certification in February 2022. Most recently, she has become a Yoga Therapist.
She use intuitive healing, crystals, meditation, breath work and yoga postures to help clients heal. She looks forward to guiding clients to restore with love and sincerity.
She teaches yoga at a private studio in Bermuda.
