ABOUT
Tracey fell into yoga by accident when someone offered yoga practice with an ocean view she could not resist. God knew what she needed to start her journey of healing and self-discovery.
She certified to teach in 2012, realizing that all women needed to feel as good as she did after a class.
Presently, she teaches Accessible Yoga in Bermuda ( https://accessibleyoga.org ). Her area of expertise is guiding older women of colour, because older women in bigger bodies are often ignored by the yoga community. Teaching with care and respect, practitioners feel safe and comfortable in bodies they have forgotten to love.
Alongside her yoga practice, Tracey has delved into soul work with teacher Collette Corcoran, learning to recognize her shadow self and heal past trauma. This work is never-ending and she is grateful for having met her soul family.
Interested in how emotions are manifested in the body, Tracey is always studying and adding diverse healing modalities to her clients healing process, incorporating eastern and western healing modalities using intuitive healing, crystals, meditation, and yoga.
She guides clients to restore with love and sincerity, leading individuals to heal themselves by giving them the tools to do so.
A full time Spanish teacher, she teaches yoga part time at a private studio in Bermuda.
