THURSDAY ONLINE CLASSESYIN YOGA Basics with FRANCES MARSHALL (suitable for Beginners)
Start time & duration: 12noon – 1pm Description: Learn how to safely work with the connective tissues like fascia, tendons, ligaments, cartilage and bones. Poses are held 3-5 minutes to restore range of movement and stimulate the flow of vital energy/prana to the major organs and glands. A Yin Yoga practice will stimulate the flow of vital energy - prana - through every part of the body. Simplicity can be challenging: listening to our bodies to find the natural alignment of the pose requires awareness of ever-changing sensations and patterns. Students are invited to practice in a way that is functional and organic.
