Kerri has been a student and teacher yoga for over 2 decades. She offers a slow, alignment - based flow that blends all aspects of yoga, with resistance flexibility and energy medicine practices. The atmosphere in this mixed level class is warm and welcoming and students leave feeling relaxed, centered and uplifted.
