2021 SUMMER SOLSTICE SUNRISE YOGA PRACTICE
SUNDAY 27TH JUNE 2021  6am - 7am
This year the Bermuda Yoga Teachers Association will be hosting small satellite classes to celebrate the Summer Solstice.

Small classes with restricted group sizes will be on offer at 5 locations across the island.

THIS IS A FREE COMMUNITY EVENT * CLASSES ARE SUITABLE FOR ALL LEVELS

* All participants must register

* 10 spaces are available at each location 

* Those attending must bring their own mat / towel / water / yoga props (if required). 

* Please note that each class will be practicing social distancing and mats will be spaced 6 feet apart.

Sound Bath & Meditation Session

MONTHLY SOUND BATHS

Sound has been used as a tool for healing since the rituals of ancient Egypt and the "hearing" of the sacred Vedic scriptures of ancient India. This wisdom is being remembered in our modern day world now and people are experiencing the healing benefits once again through the intentional use of sound and meditation. Through the striking of certain external sounds, we can be guided to listen to our internal "sacred sound" and tap into higher levels of awareness.
