In this workshop you will be progressively guided through preparatory poses, technique, alignment, drills, modifications and variations of these iconic inversions.
No prior experience with inversions is necessary, although we recommend that students have practiced other yoga postures for several months. Seasoned practitioners can use this as a dedicated time to refine their skills and practice variations in their inversions.
